The Opportunity
As a Customer Experience Leader, you will drive revenue and deliver exceptional customer experiences in Oakland County's affluent market. No experience? Comprehensive training is provided!
Responsibilities
- Drive Local Revenue: Identify upselling opportunities and provide accurate on-site estimates.
- Navigate Metro Detroit: Safely operate trucks across Troy and Oakland County.
- Handle Diverse Removal Jobs: Perform both heavy and light lifting tasks.
- Act as a Local Brand Ambassador in the affluent Troy community.
- Maintain Safety: Work with awareness in all Michigan weather conditions.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay up to $28/hr (inclusive of performance bonuses), comprehensive benefits including health insurance and retirement plans, and recognition as a top workplace.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Valid driver’s license
- Preferred experience in customer service, labor, or sales in Metro Detroit
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Local knowledge of Troy and Oakland County is a plus
