Position Overview: Customer Experience Leader

Join our team in Hanover, MA to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales efforts. No experience is required as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to wow our customers.
• Drive and load trucks safely with team cooperation.
• Handle junk removal, including heavy and light lifting.
• Provide accurate estimates and represent our brand professionally.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 21 years old.
• Valid standard driver’s license required.
• Customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
