Position: Customer Experience Leader
Location: Grand Rapids, MIPay Range: Up to $23.00 total compensation
Objective
As a Customer Experience Leader, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving our sales efforts. No experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive training!

- Handle junk removal including heavy and light lifting.
- Provide accurate sales estimates and represent the brand.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid standard driver's license required.
- Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
