The Opportunity

As a Customer Experience Leader, you will drive revenue and deliver exceptional customer experiences in Oakland County's affluent market. No experience? Comprehensive training is provided!

Responsibilities

  • Drive Local Revenue: Identify upselling opportunities and provide accurate on-site estimates.
  • Navigate Metro Detroit: Safely operate trucks across Troy and Oakland County.
  • Handle Diverse Removal Jobs: Perform both heavy and light lifting tasks.
  • Act as a Local Brand Ambassador in the affluent Troy community.
  • Maintain Safety: Work with awareness in all Michigan weather conditions.

  • Personable, especially with local Troy residents and businesses.
  • Energetic and physically capable for diverse Michigan properties.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay up to $28/hr (inclusive of performance bonuses), comprehensive benefits including health insurance and retirement plans, and recognition as a top workplace.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 21 years
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Preferred experience in customer service, labor, or sales in Metro Detroit
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Local knowledge of Troy and Oakland County is a plus
