Position Overview
Join 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Des Moines, Iowa as a Customer Experience Leader. In this exciting outdoor and hands-on role, you will deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales efforts. No experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive training!
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service with a positive attitude.
- Drive and load trucks safely with your team.
- Handle junk removal, including heavy and light lifting.
- Advocate for sales by providing accurate estimates.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain uniform standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Valid standard driver’s license required.
- Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
