Position Overview

Join 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Des Moines, Iowa as a Customer Experience Leader. In this exciting outdoor and hands-on role, you will deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales efforts. No experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive training!

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service with a positive attitude.
  • Drive and load trucks safely with your team.
  • Handle junk removal, including heavy and light lifting.
  • Advocate for sales by providing accurate estimates.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain uniform standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Valid standard driver’s license required.
  • Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
