Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer, Email & CRM you will join the Marketing Design Team to build cohesive customer experiences. You will design on-brand, engaging email, merchandising, and digital marketing experiences while collaborating with copywriters, CRM marketing partners, and other creative teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create email and CRM assets.
- Work with CRM marketing partners to translate strategies into creative assets.
- Coordinate creative campaigns with Acquisition, Product, and Social teams.
- Take projects from concept to completion and iterate through testing.
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience as a graphic designer in-house or at an agency.
- Strong portfolio with email design and ecommerce experience.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
