What you need

  • 15+ years of progressive construction leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience delivering large scale data centers or other mission critical facilities
  • Strong construction experience involving complex mechanical and electrical systems
  • Demonstrated experience with mechanical, electrical, fire protection, life safety, security, instrumentation, and controls systems
  • Proven experience directly managing mechanical and electrical trade contractors on behalf of an Owner
  • Experience working within multi prime or direct trade contracting environments

Nice to have

  • Data center MEP construction experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with hyperscale, cloud, colocation, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or other highly complex mission critical facilities
  • Previous MEP Director, Construction Director, MEP Construction Manager, Project Director, Electrical Construction Manager, Mechanical Construction Manager, or comparable senior leadership experience
  • Experience managing multiple direct trade contractors simultaneously
  • Experience with major capital programs or multi project campus environments
