  • Experience with hyperscale, cloud, colocation, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or other mission critical facilities
  • Experience supporting multi prime or direct trade construction execution strategies
  • Previous Project Controls Manager, Senior Project Controls Manager, Cost Manager, Commercial Manager, Project Controls Lead, or comparable leadership experience
  • Experience establishing or managing formal Owner change control and Change Control Board processes
