What you need

  • Experience in business operations, strategy support, finance coordination, procurement support, programme reporting, PMO, technology operations or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical capability with confidence working with budgets, cost data, vendor information, trackers, reporting inputs and management information.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise and professional executive materials.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with structured data, reconciliations, status tracking and financial or operational summaries.
  • Good organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines across recurring reporting cycles.
  • Commercial awareness and willingness to develop understanding of functional budgeting, procurement, investment approvals and benefits tracking.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI, ServiceNow, Wrike or similar reporting/workflow tools would be useful.
  • Curiosity about automation, AI-enabled analysis and ways to simplify recurring reporting, financial tracking and committee preparation.

Worth weighing

  • The role involves a significant amount of coordination and reporting, which may appeal to those looking for structured work rather than creative tasks.
  • The job requires strong analytical and organizational skills, which may be challenging for those less experienced in these areas.
  • The hybrid work model requires being in the office around four days a week, which may not suit everyone.
