About this role
In this role, you will lead the architecture and engineering of Microsoft 365, managing a team of architects and engineers while ensuring compliance with WPP standards. What you need
- Expert M365 architecture and engineering experience including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Power App/Automate, Power BI/Fabric, Defender and Purview
- Working knowledge of enterprise identity platforms, specifically Okta
- Experience in large-scale tenant migration and integration design at 100,000+ seat scale
- Hands-on experience with migration tools such as ShareGate or Microsoft’s native migration tooling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell scripting for M365 administration
- Proven ability to produce architecture documentation and design records
