What you need
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant HR experience, including substantial HR generalist or business partnering experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Industrial Relations or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Strong HR business partnering, coaching and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, workforce planning, organisational change, and talent processes
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and contemporary HR practice
- High level of discretion, integrity and confidence in handling sensitive information
Nice to have
- AHRI, CIPD or equivalent HR certification
- Training in workplace investigations, mediation, coaching or change management
- Experience in architecture, infrastructure or geospatial industry
