What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, employment law, or related field
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience with significant experience leading complex team member relations functions and workplace investigations
- Healthcare industry experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience
- Experience developing and implementing team member relations programs and operational frameworks
