What you need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in human resources, learning and development, operations, project coordination, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects, timelines, and competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
