- Experience working as a Business Analyst on ecommerce projects
- Hands-on experience as a BA on web content management (CMS) or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) projects
- Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, page templates, component libraries, editorial/publishing workflows, or content migrations
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Experience of Agile software delivery
- Production of high quality user stories and acceptance criteria
