What you need
- Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance
- 12+ years of experience in program management, technical management, or systems engineering within the defense and intelligence sector
- Demonstrated track record of success in leading full-lifecycle capture and proposal efforts to achieve revenue growth and maintain pipeline qualified growth (~20% YoY target)

- Proven profit/loss and risk responsibility for assigned programs ($10M or more), including strict budget management and EAC/ETC tracking

- Technical experience with reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and related capability development
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or an advanced technical degree in engineering or computer science
