What you need
- Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance
- 12+ years of experience in program management, technical management, or systems engineering within the defense and intelligence sector

- Knowledge of reverse engineering, embedded systems, vulnerability research, and AI evaluation frameworks & tools
- Demonstrated track record managing $10M+ program portfolios, including profit/loss responsibility, EAC/ETC financial governance, and full-lifecycle proposal capture

- Hands-on technical background in RF deployments, IoT device security, technical validation, user acceptance testing, and deployment readiness
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or an advanced technical degree in engineering or computer science
