What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or 10–15 years of construction field/trade experience
- 5–10 years of construction and estimating experience
- 4–7 years of diverse experience in construction management, facility management, and renovation
- Ability to read and interpret complex construction specifications, drawings, and project documents
