About this role
The Family Advocacy Intervention Specialist (FAIS) will support the Department of the Air Force Family Advocacy Program by providing clinical expertise in the prevention and intervention of domestic violence, child maltreatment, and Problematic Sexual Behavior in Children and Youth. Daily responsibilities include performing clinical assessments and treatments, delivering training to leadership, collaborating with community programs, and implementing prevention strategies under the guidance of the Family Advocacy Program Manager.

What you need
- U.S. citizenship
- Master's degree from a CSWE accredited school for LCSW candidates or equivalent for LMFT candidates
- U.S. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or U.S. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Two years of full-time post-master’s degree experience in professional clinical counseling
