What you need
- 2-5 years of strong Kotlin or Swift experience (expert on at least one platform)
- Solid OOP/POP and TDD fundamentals
- Experience with modern platform stack: Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flow, DI (Hilt/Koin/Dagger), testing (Espresso, JUnit, Mockk) or SwiftUI, Combine/Swift Concurrency (async/await), XCTest
- Regular, hands-on use of AI coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar)
- Solid Git and mobile CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, or Android equivalents)
- Working competence on the other mobile platform
Nice to have
- Has consumed a KMP-produced library inside an app
- Compose Multiplatform exposure
- WebRTC, VoIP, or real-time communication protocol experience
- Flutter or Dart experience; or Similar KMP/CMP
- Experience building/integrating AI agents into mobile apps
