As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day analysis and administration of compensation functions. Your tasks will include preparing and analyzing compensation data, conducting job matching and market benchmarking, maintaining compensation data within HR systems, and supporting the annual global compensation review process. You will also manage compensation-related queries and assist in developing compensation communications and training materials.
