About this role
As a Senior Backend Engineer in the Commercial Systems and Intelligence squad at SumUp, you will work on automating and improving systems that track merchant acquisition and commission calculations. Your role involves aggregating data, establishing data models and API contracts, and building internal backoffices for sales representatives. You will also collaborate closely with other squads, establish best practices, and utilize AI tools to enhance development processes.
