What you need
- U.S. Person status as defined by ITAR (22 CFR 120.15)
- Active DoD Secret clearance required at time of hire; Top Secret eligibility preferred
- 3+ years of experience in industrial security, IT security administration, or a cleared/NISPOM environment
- Working knowledge of NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117) and DCSA reporting requirements
- Experience with DISS, NISS, or equivalent personnel security systems
- Comfort administering IT systems/networks (accounts, access control, patching, basic network administration)
Nice to have
- Completion of FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities (Safeguarding Certification)
- Experience serving as an ISSO/ISSM or supporting an accredited classified IT system
- Familiarity with foreign visit processing and Technology Control Plans (TCPs)
- Experience in a small or growing defense contractor environment (dual-hatting security and IT responsibilities)
- Experience delivering security training or briefings
