日本語ネイティブレベルの語学力
日本の金融規制の下で稼働するシステムの構築・設計に主担当として関わった経験
証券、銀行、信託、資産運用のいずれかの領域で、基幹系またはミッションクリティカルなシステムの設計開発経験3年以上
勘定、残高、約定、決済、精算のデータモデル設計経験
法務部門や外部弁護士へ丸投げするのではなく、論点を自分で特定し、整理した上で相談できること
Blockchain領域、主要DeFi/Permissionless Protocolの基本構造の理解または同領域への興味関心

Nice to have

ステーブルコイン、電子決済手段、信託受益権の法的整理に関わった経験
セキュリティトークン、決済、カストディいずれかの領域での実務経験
大規模金融プロジェクトのアーキテクトを務めた経験
