About this role
As a Maintenance Technician at Soho House, you will be responsible for the daily upkeep and safety of the club's facilities, ensuring all building systems and equipment are functioning properly. Your duties will include responding to maintenance requests, performing preventative maintenance, conducting inspections, and maintaining records of repairs. What you need
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a maintenance or building services role within hospitality, retail, or facilities management
- Hands-on experience with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
- Familiarity with building systems and preventative maintenance protocols
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of relevant health & safety legislation and standards
