What you need
- Seven to Ten years of project management experience overseeing full lifecycle of medium to large complex multi-year projects within the Federal building-envelope space
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an ABET-accredited program
- Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Management experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6
- Experience and understanding of commercial/industrial infrastructure design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction processes
- Knowledge and experience managing Electrical, Mechanical, and building-envelope construction projects
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification / Certified Construction Manager (CCM) / Certified Professional Constructor (CPC)
- Strong knowledge and direct experience with roofing installation practices and industry standards
- Demonstrated experience managing building-envelope projects including repairs, restorations, and roof replacements
- Civil infrastructure experience with building construction for underground utilities and structural foundations
- Building infrastructure experience with Electrical and HVAC
