About this role
The UX-AX Operations Manager at SecurityScorecard will focus on building and managing the operational framework for a pod-based design organization that integrates AI-first workflows. This role involves overseeing the design-to-engineering handoff, coordinating agent experience operations, and defining metrics to track progress and efficiency in both human and agent interactions. The position emphasizes program management and operational excellence rather than direct design execution.

What you need
- 5+ years in design/UX operations, program management, or a similar operating role, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Direct experience running AI-enabled design workflows
- A real point of view on AI-first design-to-engineering workflows
- Some direct exposure to agent evaluation, guardrails, or agent-facing product design
- A track record of replacing centralized, ticket-based intake with embedded, pod-based ownership
- Comfort operating without a rigid management hierarchy
Nice to have
- Background in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or another security-adjacent B2B SaaS product
- Experience standing up or scaling an AI-first product development practice
- Experience running customer co-build or live-prototyping sessions with enterprise customers
- Experience building or operating multi-agent systems, or defining eval frameworks for agent behavior in production
What you get
- Competitive salary
- Stock options
- Health benefits
- Unlimited PTO
- Parental leave
- Tuition reimbursements
Worth weighing
- No specific mention of remote work policies beyond location
