About this role

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Rocket Lab, you will be involved in the development and improvement of manufacturing processes for the Neutron Launch Vehicle. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include planning and executing the build and integration of flight hardware, developing tooling and processes, and collaborating with engineers and technicians to ensure efficient production. You will also document feedback and improve procedures based on lessons learned during the build process.

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects which led to successful outcomes
