What you need

10+ years of experience in designing and architecting enterprise-level search solutions
Deep understanding of AI and semantic search technologies, with a focus on RAG, vector search, and NLP
Familiarity with emerging ecosystem technologies and how they interoperate like Hugging Face, Langchain, etc.
Solid knowledge of ELSER's architecture and other models within the Hugging Face ecosystem
