What you need

8+ years of experience in Professional Services, program delivery, or pre-sales roles within enterprise technology environments
Demonstrated experience working with Enterprise & Public Sector organizations
Proven commercial ownership of services bookings targets, including forecasting and complex contract negotiations
Strong background in delivering technology solutions in search, observability, analytics, or security domains
Experience managing multiple concurrent engagements with governance and risk oversight responsibilities
Fluency in Arabic and English

Nice to have

Familiarity with Elasticsearch and related technologies (Linux, NoSQL, distributed systems)
PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification
Experience as a billable consultant or project manager
Ability to obtain security clearance if required
