Proven track record and success leading and growing Field Engineering teams, including both Solutions Architects (pre-sales) and Customer Architects (post-sales)
Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms and technologies, preferably in Search, Security, APM, and Logging
Strong grasp of distributed systems and architectures and Data analytics
Ability to present and sell to both large and small audiences
Fluent in English and Japanese
