What you need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Enablement, or Instructional Design
- 3+ years of LMS administration experience
- Experience managing enterprise learning programs and product training initiatives
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
- Experience developing eLearning and blended learning content
