What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 12+ years in data management, enterprise governance, risk, data strategy, or adjacent disciplines
- Working knowledge of Salesforce data models, objects, workflows, governance controls, security concepts, and enterprise data-management practices

- Expertise in policy and standards development, data ownership, stewardship, MDM, metadata, data quality, issue management, classification, privacy, and lifecycle governance

- Advanced degree and/or professional certifications (DAMA-CDMP, DCAM, EDM Council, Salesforce, Snowflake, or related credentials)
- Familiarity with MDM, entity resolution, hierarchy management, metadata, lineage, data catalogs, observability, and data-quality technologies
- Ability to translate governance objectives into critical data elements, measurable rules, control evidence, automated workflows, and technology-enabled enforcement
- Experience partnering with architecture, engineering, analytics, Enterprise Applications, and data operations teams to operationalize governance requirements
- Experience in a global software, technology, SaaS, recurring-revenue, or data-centric business
