What you need
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field with 8+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience as a program or project manager leading complex IT and business transformations
- Experience in leading S/4 technical upgrades
- Experience in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy, integration testing, and cutover activities with hyper care and Organizational Change Management (OCM)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Finance
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Business Processes

- PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master preferred
- 8+ years' experience in project and program management preferred
