What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 8+ years of enterprise-level systems administration and/or engineering experience
- 8+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell, Intune, and SCCM/SCOM
- 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS and Microsoft 365 services
- Experience supporting SAN/NAS storage environments
- Experience with enterprise backup and recovery procedures
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Windows operating systems and TCP/IP networking

- Experience administering Linux systems; RHEL experience preferred
- Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure and Advanced Services certification
