What you need
- 5+ years of leading teams or supervising experience
- 6+ years of electrical proficiency relating to medium to high voltage electrical systems and components
- 6+ years of experience in utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Electrical and mechanical construction and commissioning experience
- Refrigeration system troubleshooting experience with CRAH and CRAC equipment and commercial/industrial HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license for at least a year

- Military experience with backgrounds in electrical power generation, industrial maintenance, nuclear operations, avionics, telecommunications, power distribution, shipboard electrical systems, HVAC, or other mission-critical technical disciplines
- One or more of the following certifications: OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), EPA Section 608 Universal Certification, NETA Certification, NICET Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP), Electrical Journeyman License, Electrical Contractor License, State Electrical License
