What you need
- 2+ years’ experience in Commercial/Industrial operations and maintenance on solar power plants
- Strong mechanical and electrical experience with troubleshooting and installation skills
- Experience with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
- Ability to work independently and in a group environment
- Must live within approximately 50 miles of New York, New York
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds
Nice to have
- Experience with Inverters, Tracker Systems, or Sub-Stations Equipment (TMEIC/SMA/Sungrow/Nextracker/ATI, etc.)
- Preventative Maintenance experience on Solar Utility equipment
- Ability to train, mentor, and develop laborers into Apprentices
