About this role

As an HVAC Technician at Pearce, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment primarily at telecom shelters located on cell tower sites. Your day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing and troubleshooting cooling systems, conducting performance checks, responding to service calls, and completing daily work reports.
