What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Toyota Production System, quality systems & lean concepts
- Ability to lead functional teams or projects of moderate complexity
- Experience with quality tools such as PFD, FMEA, Control Plan, Gauge R&R, statistical analysis & A3
- Proficiency in MS Windows & MS Office (MS Project required)
Nice to have
- Certifications such as CQM, ISO 9000/TS-16949 Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt, or equivalent experience
- AutoCAD experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
