What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, finance, economics, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline
- 19 or more years of related work experience, OR an advanced degree and 16 or more years of related experience, OR 23 or more years of total equivalent work experience
- Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA)
- Progressively responsible actuarial experience within the life insurance industry
- Deep expertise in life and annuity products, asset-liability management, actuarial modeling, and enterprise financial dynamics
- Experience influencing executive-level decisions through analytical insight
Nice to have
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, Statutory, and Economic financial reporting and their implications for asset liability management
- Experience supporting strategic reinsurance initiatives and enterprise financial planning
- Expertise with actuarial modeling platforms including MG-ALFA or comparable modeling systems
- Experience with indexed life insurance and annuity products
