What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Studies, or a similar quantitative field
- 3 or more years of related experience in finance, actuarial, capital management, risk management, or a similar analytical field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced finance environment
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and work through ambiguity
- Ability to meet deadlines for recurring reporting and analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced use of Excel and working knowledge of Word
Nice to have
- Experience with capital forecasting, RBC, S&P capital models, ORSA, or Group Capital Calculation processes
- Experience preparing financial analysis, model outputs, or presentation materials for management or governance meetings
- Experience working with insurance, financial services, risk management, or actuarial teams
- Strong process documentation and model improvement skills
