What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on cost accounting, inventory accounting, or manufacturing/plant accounting
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP related to inventory, cost accounting, and fixed assets
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Experience with a major ERP/accounting system
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- CPA or CMA certification (or actively pursuing)
- Prior experience supporting an Oracle ERP implementation, particularly in inventory and manufacturing modules
- Experience with annual standard cost roll processes
- Prior experience in a rapidly scaling, high-growth company
- Previous people management experience
