What you need
- 5+ years in a hands-on accounting role within a SaaS or tech company
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) or qualified by extensive relevant experience
- Experience acting as the internal client for external accounting, payroll, or EOR providers
- Solid working knowledge of multi-country payroll and payroll-to-GL processes
- Accounting ERP experience and highly advanced Excel/Google Sheet skills
- Comfort leveraging AI and automation tools in day-to-day work

- Experience with EOR providers (Oyster, Deel, Remote, Papaya)
- Experience migrating to or implementing a cloud ERP
