What you need
- Professional Qualification: MA, BA, BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, or CQSW
- Must be registered with Social Work England
- Significant post-qualified experience within Adult Social Care, Children's Services, or Transition Services
- Experience supporting young people through the transition from children's to adult services
- Strong understanding of the Care Act 2014, Children and Families Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Adult Safeguarding legislation, and associated statutory guidance
- Proven ability to complete strengths-based assessments, Care Act Assessments, reviews, and person-centred support planning
