What you need
- Professional Qualification: MA, BA, BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent recognised Social Work qualification
- Registration: Must be registered with Social Work England
- Experience: Significant post-qualified experience within Adult Social Care
- Safeguarding Experience: Essential experience undertaking Section 42 Safeguarding Enquiries, including complex and high-risk investigations
- Legislation Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, Human Rights legislation, and Adult Safeguarding procedures
- Assessment Skills: Proven ability to undertake complex social care assessments, safeguarding investigations, risk assessments, and support planning
