What you need
- Professional Qualification: MA, BA, BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, CQSW, CSS, or equivalent recognized Social Work qualification
- Must be registered with Social Work England
- Significant post-qualified experience within Adult Mental Health Services or a Community Mental Health Team
- Strong understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Adult Safeguarding legislation, Mental Health Act 1983, and associated statutory guidance
- Proven experience supporting adults with severe and enduring mental health conditions
- Experience acting as Care Coordinator and managing complex mental health cases
