What you need
- Professional Qualification: MA, BA, BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, CQSW, CSS, or equivalent recognised Social Work qualification
- Must be registered with Social Work England
- Significant experience working with adults experiencing mental health difficulties
- Strong understanding of the Mental Health Act 1983, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Care Act 2014, and Adult Safeguarding legislation
- Proven ability to undertake complex assessments, support planning, safeguarding enquiries, and risk management interventions
- Experience supporting adults with complex mental health needs within community or specialist mental health services
