What you need
- Professional Qualification: MA, BA, BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent recognised Social Work qualification
- Must be registered with Social Work England (SWE)
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience working within Adult Social Care
- Strong understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Adult Safeguarding legislation, and relevant statutory guidance
- Proven ability to undertake strengths-based assessments, reviews, safeguarding enquiries, and care and support planning
- Experience working collaboratively with professionals across health, social care, and partner organisations
Nice to have
- Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities is highly desirable
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable
