What you need
- Professional Qualification: MA, BA, BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, or CQSW
- Registered with Social Work England
- Significant post-qualified experience within Adult Social Care, preferably in a community-based setting
- Strong understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Adult Safeguarding legislation, Continuing Healthcare Framework, Section 117 responsibilities
- Proven ability to complete Care Act Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments, safeguarding enquiries, reviews, and person-centred support planning
- Experience completing CHC assessments and participating in DST processes
Nice to have
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to the community-based nature of the role
