What you need
- Professional Qualification: MA, BA, BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, CQSW, CSS, or equivalent recognized Social Work qualification
- Must be registered with Social Work England
- Significant post-qualified experience within Adult Social Care or Adult Mental Health Services
- Strong understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Adult Safeguarding legislation, Mental Health Act 1983, and associated statutory guidance
- Proven ability to undertake Care Act assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments, reviews, risk assessments, and support planning
- Experience undertaking safeguarding enquiries and managing complex safeguarding concerns
